I took my first of three tests today to become certified to teach in the state of Texas. I will graduate in December and then will be "highly qualified" to teach.
What do you have to do in your state/country to be qualified to teach elementary and secondary school?

Hi. In my country after graduate you can start to work as a teacher, you only need to find a job. If you are graduate in an specific subject like History or something else you will need a semester of specialization as a teacher to teach in
secondary school. And to teach college you must have at least a pos-graduate as a master.
