Nowadays its hard to find good and active referrals. I think the best way to have a referrals are to invite friends that are close to you or people that are willing to spend time doing the things that you do. They have to have a lot of patience to be a good referral.
At mylot, I only have one referral and guess what? its not active. I just earn for myself. Some people are blessed with so many referrals that they dont have to work here at mylot more often coz their referrals are the ones who make money for them. And I envy them so much.

It is hard to get active referrals because every referral who joins does not like this place for number of reasons. If he has no inclination to write or read then he cannot be successful in mylot and even if he writes the low earnings can discourage him .I have 3 referrals and all of them are inactive.I am working on my own on mylot. But more than earnings i look for quality information, knowledge and experiences which people share.

Making you stay here at mylot can give you enough knowledge on your everyday work. By posting discussions and anwering them trains me to write and to type fast. So Im not just earning money, I'm earning knowledge and friendship that I think can't be stolen from me. Being active here is the best thing I've done so far.

Dude,
It is difficult to have a active referrals. Because we cannot think what they thing about the site. If they like the site then they will be active referrals other wise they will be a visitor for us.

They must share the same interest that we have. Your new here right, may be someday you can have friends that can help you here. Mylotters are all friendly they will help if others needed it. happy mylotting and enjoy your stay here.

I have about 80 referrals and I'd say about half are active from time to time. MyLot is a place where people are active, then they go away for a bit, and then return again. So even though some of my referrals may not be active right now- many usually end up returning sooner or later.

Wow that was a lot of referrals. I only got one inactive referrals and i managed to earn $.50-$.60 a 3hrs/day without my referrals help. But I would be much more happy if she stayed active. She was my friend, she was studying so she was not that inactive online.

i have a few referrals 3.. 2 are considered active... one or two posts every few days... but here is the thing... people join and aren't really going to invest much time on the site because of not being sure whether or not they will get paid. I get on less often since im spending time with my family (am at their home now.. haven't seen them in almost 2 years.. a lil less).
people have jobs, family, other commitments that they want to tend to. those are a few reasons that come to mind.

I myself can't consider that active here in mylot, but hey I managed to earn something every day so that was all worth it just for sitting in front of the computer 3hrs a day. That's all I can give for now coz Im looking for a really stable job. and believe me its hard finding one.

I have two, One is active the other is not.
I guess it's hard to have an active referrals here and everywhere.
He/She might have the same likings and hobbies as we are.
I think it's just because we can only get cents after a few posts and that is so little for them ^_~
Well, The important thing is we're having fun while earning cash ^_~
Happy Mylotting XD

Yes, eventhough its was little but I love staying here at mylot, becasuse I knew I can learn from here and I can make friends with different types of people. Here I have more fun than I could imagine. And i'm staying here for good not just because of earning but because of the bond mylot have given any of us.

They are quite dummies and some of them are even having zero counting! I am not able to make them active despite my several attempts. I shall be happy if myLot delete the zero counting ones! Thanks for this nice topic Eanel and have a good day!

I agree that it's hard to get active referrals. You just have to keep gaining referrals and there are people that have the drive to really want to make a living online. It takes work and eventually all that hard work will pay off.

most of the ones that i referred from up here on mylot have not been active at all, but send me messages asking me to be active on their sites. which i wouldn't mind if they would return the favor. but there are a select few who actually visit my sites that i refer them too and has stayed active since i referred them. so now unless i don't ask for a referral exchange i don't participate in their sites unless they make an effort in mine. it amaze me the trouble people go through sending messages up here asking for an exchange but don't want to hold up on their part of the deal. so now i just stay cautious of them.

Yeah your right you need to monitor every single one of them to know who is active and not. I have the same problem like you before and guess what, I am active with their accounts but they are not active to me. they earn money from me but in return I get nothing from them. I just hope they are happy enough to take me for granted.

I have not yet tried to get more referrer I have planned to do that after I will earn something from some site.
Because then you are sure that referrer will remain active because you have your own proof that the site on which you are inviting them is legit.
Once I will earn from some site then I will start referring friends.
Bye

Yeah, I can imagine it must be hard to make money off referrals because they have to be self motivated to want money to be active enough to see results. It is hard to show someone teh benefits of mylot if they ar enot already looking themselves. Other people see this in a different light than we do. It's unfortunate.

Well my referrals were just too excited in the beginning when they joined and just helped me to earn above 50 cents. but now suddenly they got too bored of the sites sloggy timings and earnings and dont even believe it will pay. so now they are not much active though

I have 3 referrals currently with mylot. They are not yet that active but i guess once they get the feel of sharing their thoughts here, they will be more active. One suggestion i can make so you won't be wasting your time referring idle downlines is to make sure that the people you invite share the same interest as you do and what they will be doing in your program. It's a good thing to refer opinionated, talkative and well read peopl in mylot because they have a higher chance of participating. Keep in mind as well that sometimes your referrals need some pat in the back especially if they are new to the program. Don't just leave them in the air. Sending them a pm to encourage and motivate can help them grow with you.

I totally agree with you, making friends with your referral will make your downline grow. And making friends with them can benefit you not just in financial but in a long term friendship as well. Thanks for sharing this thougth.

I don't have any referals here.
It would be nice to have an active referal who would help top up my earnings!
But never mind!

I had one referral who was active for sometime , but , she is not to be seen now. I dont really bother about referrals, just do what i can, when i can. I know it does help one in earning much more , but finding referrals is too much of a bother and i would rather work alone..

well, i have 3 reffs too. 2 of them were active, i mean that i`ve got from them 10 cents, but now, they are inactive. Today a new member joined mylot as my reff, but in 17 hours, he didn`t post any. Hope that they will change their minds and they will be sometime active. I really need some active reffs now, i really do. But i`ll try to get new ones too. Finally i`ll get some active reffs. Even 3 active reffs will be enough for the moment.

I do not have any referrals here on mylot. I have told quite a few people about the site but they would not join as your referral because they think jealous of you. hence, I have stopped asking anyone to be a referral. You are right, the best way to get an active referral is getting your close friends or relatives into it but I do not have any. I simply enjoy being here and sharing opinions so I am quite happy with whatever little money I am making.
Thanks

Hi mkeanel01
I am my friend's referral, I think he would thank me for I am being quite active this few days. I don't think I would find active referrals, but I am trying to find some..... Wish me luck.
I hope you will get some good referrals too.
