Yep every night before I go to bed. My kids are 8 & 6 and in the wintertime when they don't sweat or get dirty, they take one every other night. Summertime it is every night for them too.

i have a bath every night. As soon as i put my son to bed i go for a nice relaxing bath. Its a great chance for me too unwind and have a little bit of me time. A nice hot bath, a magazine and a bit of quiet, ahhh bliss. :)
