hi there it's me. I read in magazines that babies sleep better if they listen to music especially lullabies.Sometimes my 1 year old daughter is having hard time to sleep, eventually gets irritated. Can you share some lullaby songs? So that I can calm her to sleep. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I play Mozart for my children at night or David Arkenstone. Both are very soothing and the children really like them. I've noticed if I change out music they are much more irritable and do not sleep as well.

enya is good for babies as well as mozart, you can even play your favorite love song and those with positive meaning to them while they're asleep. as long as you play them softly.
i have this cd that my husband's cousin gave me, and i found out it's a collectible disc from mead johnson, it's called smart symphonies, it features musicians such as brahm, mozart, tarrega, guiseppino, bach, corelli, joplin, meyer, and pachelbel. it includes some german dance and lulluby, i think it really made my baby more articulate and inquisitive. it sometimes make me mad that he keeps asking me so many questions.
if you want the titles of these song, so you can download them, just tell me.
i really think it good to play music, soft music, while your baby sleeps, i heard their brain development takes place when they're asleep, so as much as possible, i try to make my little one sleep longer as i can possibly can. and besides, playing music while they're asleep makes their sleep more sounder, they wont be startled by any sudden noise, their body and brain gets use to sounds that makes them sleep soundly. hope i can be of help....SMILE, MAI
