i feel they should be castrated and the term rapist should be tattooed on their forehead

nah forget the tatooing... it would cost taxpayers more money... just cut them off....and then hang them...

Casterated for sure with the tatoo would be great. I don't think they should be walking around in society though. Maybe leave them in prison forever with everyone else to take advantage of them. Or hung LOL
