Drug Addicts

Should we send drug addicts into the prison system or should we send them to rehab and try to help them? I think that prison is a waste of time and makes the person worse off then they were to begin with, what about you?

Prision is just a university of crime. Prision is just a storage warehouse for criminal, and last time I checked warehouses are not a good place to change people.
