Is it really necessary to refresh your computer again and again ?

we have 60 computers in our office. almost every officers of our office computers. i often see mu cauleges and co-workers refresh their computer over and over again. i started doing the same thing after observing that. i do this without knowing anything. but today when i opened my computer one my co-worker came to me and ask me about the necessity of refreshing computer. i coldnt answer anything. i just want to know the necessity of refreshing my computer. Do you Know why ?

I have an older computer so I have a reset button on the side. I assume that is what you are talking about. I only hit the reset button when the whole thing freezes up totally or is running very very slow. If it is running slow, I usually shut it down and turn it back on but that's because it is so old. (10 years)

i dont think it works if you shut down and restart your computer again and again . you should change your computer's configuration.

i don't think if you are ok with capacity of RAM. There is no need of refreshing oftenly, some has the habit of refreshing continuously but if there is hanging problem of the computer then you have to refresh the system even if you have the same problem then you are needed to restart the system but as far as my computer ...i had the problem previous with low capacity of RAM but now i have upgraded to 2 GB so my computer runs like an express...i am happy with it....just refreshing does not solve the hanging problem..and repeated refreshing has no advantage..
