You know that In india One of the biggest Corporate rate fruad is Satyam Case. At one time Saytma CEO was role model for the most us.He was having such a name in India and world.In my view normally such persons who have fame and name will not committ such fraud which will destroy entire life and faith on other. Could you expect any other reasons for please.?

There are so many reason and the prominent one is to retain the prime position that one has got in life. It is the psychology of a man that he will never like to see him downgraded. In this case, when the Satyam's margin of profit start getting dwindled there was no other option with Raju to indulge in fraud, if he wanted to maintain his stature. In the meantime the realty sector saw a boom and he though to capitalize it in a big way be diverting his fortune from Satyam to Mytas.

with the police investigation we came know that money diverted to other companies and started so many companies nearly 240 in figure. If profite comes down how it is possible. He also in social service like 108(ambulance emergency) serive and others
