Are you eating breakfast?

Are you eating breakfast when you get up or just coffee?Unfortunately i can't eat anything in the morning.I say unfornately because breakfast is the most important "meal" of the day.It gives you energy for the rest day and is good for our health too,i believe. We should eat breakfast like a king,lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor!!!

I always make it a point to eat breakfast because I can't seem to have the energy to get anything done if I skip breakfast. Lunch is usually a light meal because I often eat alone during lunchtime. But contrary to the saying on healthy eating, my heaviest meal is usually dinner because it is when I can really enjoy my meals with my husband or family because there is no need to rush.

Sit at table with family ,but there's no need to eat a lot.A little!!

Hello,Zouna! I am not eating breakfast now a days because of my age.However I drink two cups of red tea and a glass of vegetables soup.This provedes me adequate energy till lunch.But I eat my principal meal in the night.thanx.

I can't eat something right when I get up but I do have fruit in the morning at some point. And of course a cup or two of coffee. I think that both of these really get my system going. I also find I am not so hungry during the day if I eat something for breakfast. I don't think it is good for the body to not be nurished in the morning with something. And even the name 'break-fast' should tell us that.

I always make it a point to eat breakfast every morning.. i've got diabetes and i'm not allowed to get hungry, i should eat at least a small portion of food because my blood sugar might go below the normal level.. i usually prepare high fiber foods like oatmeal(no sugar) and non fat milk, wheat bread with century tuna or skyflakes with century tuna lite.. each and everyone of us shouldn't skip breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day.. it will help us to get us going..

l must eat my breakfast, no matter how late l wake-up. lt's a healthy way to having breakfast in the morning. l won't have any energy to work if l don't have a proper breakfast. Yes, it's our most important meal of the day.

you are right, i always eat my breakfast and coffee will not be comfortable for my stomach as i have to face the day and work for some hard object to be carry, so i need more strength to my body to accomplish my chores at home.
