How do you change cashout?

I need to make extra money. Can I change my cashout amount? I'm at $13.03 now and I haven't received any payments.

You only get paid once a month. If your min. is set to $10 then you will get paid around the 15th of next month for everything you make this month. If you reached over 10 before feb. was done with then you will get it here soon.
