What do you use as a measure of "lose weight" or "gain weight"?

With your eyes? With a measuring tape? With a weight calculator? Or simply with how tight your pants fit onto you?

A scale is the common tool for me to measure myself. But most of the time my weight keeps the same all the time. I love China

With the bathroom scales but I don't really worry too much about a few pounds one way or the other. When I get too skinny I feel cold all the time and if I have a few extra pounds, then my face gets rounder and I don't look like myself anymore.

Hello wondericequeen, Normally with the weight calculator which in fact, the stuff that I am afraid of the most! Whenever I feel that I am a bit heavier, I will check my weight.

i guess im doing all thats been enumerated above. i guess i know im gaining weight if when i walk and ended up breathing heavily even if i just walk a couple of steps. i considered all thats been enumerated above as my way to know if im gaining or losing weight. and i hope now that i really am gaining alot of weight, i could find time to exercise to go back to my old weight.

I can feel what my weight is doing. I use a scale to get a reading of what my feelings suspect in order to measure weight loss or weight gain. If I feel sluggish, I know I have gained weight. If I feel light footed I know I have lost wight.
