exercise and endorphins!

Ever feel angry or depressed? Sad or upset? I must say from experience exercise is the best remedy to make yourself feel better, as well as look better! Exercise creates endorphins, and endorphins make you happy. Exercise is a great way to de-stress. I like to exercise on my own tuesday and thursdays and I have classes I attend monday, wednesday and fridays. These classes are so upbeat and motivational, you have no choice but to laugh and have a good time! So, if anyone is feeling a little down try the gym! It's a great place to get in shape and feel better on the inside and outside!

I definitely agree with you there. I once had a dance instructor who said that it is hard to dance when you're upset, however, I beg to differ because once I get started, it doesn't take long for those overwhelming waves of unhappiness to ease their way out of my system. Any form of exercise is very good for depression indeed. My mother even believes that dance has been better for my depression than medication; I couldn't agree more.
