are you a lucid dreamer?

Well I occasionally see lucid dreams. Do you have any techniques to trigger them. Is lucid dreaming dangerous?

There is something funny with lucid dreams. I mean once [ and so many times] I have dreamt of being there before but in this particular dream I decided not to be there because I knew the same thing would happen again!

I don't think that it's dangerous. I have trained myself to do it, because it's more fun, especially when you can control what happens in your dreams. It's kinda relief, because for once you have control over what happens and you can make the dream play out however you like.

hiii, is very rare to happen .... but it strucks me too .. may be 4-5 times ... how it feels ?.. is unexplainable ... i remember i was trying to get out of it ... but i cant at once and it scares me for a few moments .. just it.
