my lotter's,
which do you prefer a shower or bath?
what are your pro's and con's on each ?
my pro's on bath's,
1.) it is more relaxing
2.)my skin does not get as dryed out
3.)i can sit in the tub for an hour before loosing all the hot water.
my con's on bath's,
1.) there is only one bathroom at my house so i can't spend as much time i would like.
2.)it makes my hair sometime's greasy.
my pro's on a shower,
1.) it is a fast clean.
2.)it can be shared with others(as you are standing).
my con's on shower's,
1.)i tend to get dry skin more often.
2.)dry's out my hair.
3.) i loose hot water faster.
lotter's have you taken a shower or bath in kind of cold water?
if you have not would you?
I ran a half tub of hot water and was affraid it was going to be to hot so i turned on a lil of cold with it and when i went to get in it was luke warm,i turned on the hot water and there was no more and i was in hurry and needed a bath so i took a bath anyway's and it was by far not as enjoyable as you think.
My conditioner was greasy and not comming out of the bottle as easy, there was a soap film on my skin. What is you opinion on cold shower or bath's

I would prefer a bath over a shower as much as possible, but since the house we live in now only has one bathroom, I take more showers, but I do take a nice bubblebath like once a week.
Pros of bath:
1. relaxing
2. you can add baking soda with bubblebath to soften skin, bubbles last longer
Cons of bath:
1. someone always wanting into bathroom, privacy not always possible
Pros of shower:
1. faster
2. privacy not an issue since it is quicker and others can wait to enter bathroom
Cons of shower:
1. dry skin
I can honestly say I have never taken a cold shower or bath.

I have two bathrooms, The master bath has no shower, I think at one time it did before we bought the house but it was remodled and the shower taken out. Wish there was one in the master bathroom. The primary bathroom has a small narrow tub and shower as well. The shower there is not tall enough for my husband and the drain is slow and does not drain well. Hubby said it will take several thousand of dollars to fix and repair money we don't have right now as the drain system was put in wrong.
I like a shower sometimes but usually prefer a hot soaking bath in the larger master bathtub. With a good book, scented bath oils and music playing. Showers are great when I have a cold or sinus congestion for the steam and I turn the water on as hot as I can stand it which is almost all hot. Showers you can share with your husband and we do at times. I do not like cold showers except on a hot hot sweaty day and been out digging in the dirt and doing lots of cleaning then a nice cool shower is heavenly. Do not care at all for cold baths. javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$cphMainContent$lbStart','')

Thank's for responding, true it does cost's alot to repair and or remodle a bathroom.
I have alway's enjoyed the big soaking tub's with person jet's for good muscle relief.
cool shower's are not up to my liking exept like you said on a hot sweaty day i dont mind a cool down in a cool shower.

I like to take a bath once in awhile to relieve the stress, and it calms me down. When I am in a hurry though, then I usually take a shower! And in the summer time, I love to take a nice cold shower!
