Is bux3.com a genuine site?

I have joined this site and reached my minimum payout of 10 dollars.
When I requested payment,I got the message that I have to wait for 30 working days minimum.
So now I have stopped clicking fearing it may be a scam site.
Have any one got paid from this site?Please share your experience.

I've been waiting for about a year now. It says the same thing that it takes 30 days, but if you try to contact someone, there is no way to send a message. The screen will open up if you want to upgrade. I just tried out of curiosity to see if that screen worked. I haven't had any luck with them.
