I've been drinking water all my life and it seemed like it was free, strait from the tap. But know we in America have been spoiled into drinking cloned water in a bottle
and this is very interesting since the rest of the free world drinks from a lake or even rivers and streams. So who do you think is drinking the healthiest water Americans or the rest of the free World who fight just too have fresh drinking and fresh bathing water? And do you think that this is right even though man only uses 1% of the fresh water on earth? Please be real and honest with your comments have a good day.

I generally never buy bottled water. It seems the only time I ever do is when it's purely convenient...like on a car trip where I don't want to stop because I'm thirsty, or if I'm going to be someplace for hours where there isn't readily accessible water. My home's water comes from a well that is approximately 80+ feet deep underground from an underground stream. It is fresh, pure, and tastes wonderful. I have it checked routinely for contaminants, and it is always clean and clear with nothing harmful. I don't know, but I do think us Americans, for the most part, have access to clean water, whether it's by deep wells, or by a treatment plant.
I do worry about other countries, as they have no way to keep their water pure. When you drink straight from streams or lakes, there is no guarantee that it isn't full of contaminants. Animals, as well as people, walk in it, bathe in it, and animals quite often will just pee (or worse lol) in it. Then too you have contamination by industrial wastes, and other man caused problems with it. There's a town about 20 miles from me that had a man-made lake where they would dump their industrial waste and chemicals...it has been almost 30 years since that plant closed, and the ground and water is still contaminated from their unhealthy practices! With that in mind though, I still think it's far safer to drink water here than overseas because we still have methods to process it and render it pure again. We ARE the keepers of the earth, and unless everybody makes a good effort to do their best not to contaminate, the resources of clean water will dwindle even more. Hlj have a good day too reasco1

I drink water from the tap but once in awhile I will buy bottled water. I rarely drink carbonated liquids maybe once a month if that even. I prefer iced tea and I make it from tap water.I don't know what I would do if I had no fresh water to drink or bathe in.

I have read of the contaminated water that sickened a lot of Americans. I drink bottled water and have been buying it for years ever since someone pointed out how filthy our tap water really is. I wish I could drink free water that is free of contaminants. Cheers!!

I grew up on tap water. Bottled water is very often from a tap. I only buy bottled water if I'm out running around. I don't like sodas and juice has calories. I don't want to drink more than 1 bottle a day. Besides I love water. I bring a bottle from the tap were ever I go.
