Hey guys.
I wanted to know whether you all prefer rice noodles to wheat noodles. I personally prefer rice noodles because they are just a tad bit chewier than wheat, and for some reason I like to believe that rice noodles also soak up sauces a little more than wheat noodles do.
I particularly love eating rice noodles with some tummy thai curry sauce. What do you all think? Rice or wheat noodles?

To me each of the noodle type has its own specialty. I am sorry to say but I can't make a decision on which one I like the best. This is because I like both of them very much, if eaten with the correct sauce.
I like wheat noodles to be eaten with spaghetti meatball sauce, fried noodles or eaten with prawn curry sauce. I like rice noodles when it is fried, or if eaten with hot and sour fish sauce. This dish is called 'laksa' in my country. Rice noodles are also delicious when eaten with chicken soup and here it is called 'mihun sup'.
