Ok, its seems today there will be rain... Raining days is coming! The weather is cold and wet outside. And now, Lets say that you enter a cafe, and the waiter ask you if you want to have free hot chocolate or coffee... which one you prefer?
HOT CHOCOLATE or COFFEE?
If i will be asked such question, i prefer to drink coffee... Hmm... actually i like chocolate but not the hot chocolate, most of the time i eat chocolate cake and chocolate bars. I prefer coffee for many reason, the taste, to energize, and to make my morning better. Im sleepy right now and i want to grab nescafe for my mug.
How about starbucks? hehe... the price of this coffee is really expensive, expensive than 100g barista coffee... ahahah... for the price of "brand" that you need to pay... For me, i want to drink coffee, i want to make my own coffee...
i have plan to make my own cafe...

hmm I would have to say I prefer hot chocolate. It makes me feel all warm inside and makes me think of Christmas. When it is in the morning I go for hot tea instead of coffee. I like the teas at starbucks too. there was this caramel apple chai tea that was soo good. But it is really expensive I just like making my tea at home.

I would pick hot chocolate. I love chocolate in general though, and I actually don't like coffee. For some reason, it just tastes too bitter to me. I love hot chocolate because it is nice and sweet, and it makes a nice alternative to coffe on a cold winter day! I love a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream on top. Yummy!

I like hot chocolate much more. Perhaps it is healthier than coffee. I am also afraid to be sleepless if I drink coffee too much. Whereas I don't have such kind of problem to drink hot chocolate. I also think its taste is better.
I love China

I will always choose the hot chocolate over hot coffee. I recently figured out that I don't like coffee. I thought I did, but I don't. I have tried making coffee at home without success. It is sour and too strong. There is not enough sugar or milk in the world to make it palatable. I have discovered that I only like Starbucks or Caribou coffee. I really love the bottled frappuccino from starbucks.
I have started making hot water in my coffee maker and making hot chocolate or tea before I go to work.

hello manya_pearl. right now i would prefer to drink hot chocolate because i am 14 weeks pregnant and can't drink too much coffee. in fact, i haven't drank coffee since the day i learned that i am pregnant. good thing i am not really a caffeine addict so drinking chocolate instead of coffee is not a problem. enjoy your coffee manya:-)

i alternately drink coffee and hot chocolate to prevent ulcer.. too much coffee can cause ulcers so even though i love to drink coffee every now and then i force my self to cut on drinking coffee.. but still i love to have cafe americano or different frappe everyday, but because of economic crisis i changed it to vendo coffee.. haaaay!

I love them both. I love my hot chocolate made with milk & I love cappuccino. Yes I prefer to make my own at home. Restaurant coffee is no good. I love Folgers coffee made at home. I have my own cappuccino that I make at home. And as far as hot chocolate goes it is better made with milk. My grandmother made hot chocolate from scratch: the old fashioned cocoa with no sugar, then add sugar & canned milk, oh my God this was so good. This was the best cocoa ever I had put in my mouth. When making hot chocolate for my husband I have to make it just like grandma & yes he is spoiled....maybe that is why he fusses I have him spoiled, LMAO!!!

I like coffee, and would usually order that. I guess that the question is what are you in the mood for? I think that coffee is better than hot chocolate in most instances. I think the flavor of coffee is tasty and hot chocolate is good also, but
I usually need a zero calorie beverage like coffee.

Hmm...I would definitely order a cup of hot coffee, plus a piece of cheesecake (if they have it). Or chocolate cake.
We don't go to Starbucks nowadays - their coffees are really pricey. We have lots of local coffee cafes, with similar ambience (airconditioned and wifi connection) that offer coffees and food at lower prices.
