There is a funny phenomenon that people in the modern times do not like drinking too much, and their drinking volumn is not as good as the basic requirement of the body. However, most of people think they have drank enough, that is because they take coffee, juice and Sodas account into it. Although coffee, juice, Sodas, tea, milk,soybean milk and soup are belong to the liquid food, which contains quite a lot moisture, you'd better reduice their rate for the purpose of the health. More water is needed and the coffee, tea. juice and Sodas should be insteaded of it.
So how to drink water in a right way? In fact, if the three times for drinking in one day and the slight illness will be reduced at a half.
The first time is after you get up and you should drink 500cc;The second time is at 3 PM you should have 500cc;And the third time is at 9 PM you'd better take 500cc.
This is the most important drinking time. As for the other time, you can drink about 1000cc to 1500cc incontinously. Pay attention that drink before you feel thirsty and form a habit of drinking when you have time.
