I've increased my workout time and frequency to an hour three times a week. It's been pretty tough and I've been feeling a little weak at first because I spent so much energy while trying to maintain a healthy diet - eating just enough. Sometimes I'm tempted to skip and just sleep!
Would you rather take a nap or workout?

I would rather workout ,this is what i always say but never perform.....most of the time i am tempted to skip it . I feel like to do it tomorrow, but that tomorrow never comes. This a sort of target ,one needs to have a mindset for it...Whatever is the target ,be it small or huge, one should have the courage to complete it..If you find yourself skipping workouts then try to start giving it less time n then keep on increasing it ...this will also help in creating a good stamina in you...

LOL it really is very tempting to skip workout. Unfortunately someone's making sure I don't :P It's either that I go through a full workout with a trainer that handles our group, or I skip the whole thing. Because the trainer will make sure you stay for one full hour!

lol coz im a sleeper. i rarely workout, almost never now. i was a volleyball player, but since i stopped doin it again i rarely exercise. but to stay healthy, i'd rather choose to be picky in foods. i eat only enough, not too full and not too small portion, just enough. ive once read that a healthy diet is eat in small portion but oftenly, like 3 or 4 times a day.

Hi oyenkai! It depends on the nature of the work. If it is serious and demands things done on dot I must adjust to it or else if the wok is just manageable one that if you skip today a little portion of it till the next day I would go for the nap.
I love sleeping after my lunch but when I am on work I can not have this access everyday. But I feel a good sleep and that too a sound one is really necessary.
