are you addicted to junk foods?

Unfortunately we live in an addiction prone society, but one of the most dangerous here especially in our health is being addicted to junk foods. junk food is not only causing obesity, overweight problems, heartburn, acidity leading to ulcers and bleeding of the esophagus but also a deadly disease like cancers. junk food is tasty and extremely addictive but it becomes dangerous, its effect are so subtle. people who become addicted to junk foods stop eating the healthy foods. foods that are high in sugar and in fats works in our brains like opiates, a painkiller, the more we eat the more we want, the bad effect of this addiction to junk foods is easily get tired, hungry all over again, depression and we keep coming back for more. but it is possible to break the addiction, the best solution for this is to avoid it, and begin with eating a nutritious food like fruits,it a best replacement for junk foods. fruits is more healthier than junk foods. junk food is not only stealing us of the things we need to be strong and healthy it is actively poisoning and as well as killing our system. remember this the more we can avoiding this kind of artificial foods the more likely we are leading to a healthy lifestyles.

but you dont have to be a victim of this unhealthy food, although its really tasty, the problem with eating unhealthy foods is it makes you crave for more, we have to avoid eating junk food before its too late, there are a lot of harmful effects resulting from eating, it weakens your body,fail to concentrate, eatimg junk food is a major cause of heart disease and high cholesterol
