I rent now I used to own the property but when I got sick and bullied out of my Job I had to sell it to my Son, but I will be moving down South soon

I own, this the third place I've owned. I sure hope the housing market makes a rebound. It was a great run though and I profitted from it. Right now however....what a drag. Love my house.

Yah, I have own home and residing there. Even I have rented out a Flat and enjoing lot of things because of getting different types of family in it when a family changing our flat and new family come! It is another type of feeling and experience.

I own my on home. That is much better than renting if you can afford to get your own place. There is nothing like the feeling that you know your home belongs to you.

We rent. 3 bedroom mobile on 3 acres. $120 a week.. can't find a mortgage for that price and can't afford the downpayment either! LOL
