no,it is free if it is unverified,if u want to be ur account verified then it will charge some amt..(verified accounts are more secured and they have some extras features like withdrawing more,transfering money,etc etc).for verification u need to give credit card number...

It is free I have had a paypal account for 3 years and they have never charge me a penny.

It's free to the best of my knowledge. There are charges for upgraded accounts, depending on the type of account you want. But to get started, it's free.

I really think moneybookers is way better than Paypal. Did you know that moneybookers.com charge 60 cents max ? And it doesn't depend if you are sending 20 $ or 20.000 $.

Nope it's free, but they charge a small percentage of whatever gets sent to you if you have a premier account

as far as I know they don't. They never charged me anything when I opened my account
