As far as I know, you will be very health if you reach the folloing tips: 1: keep good sleeping;2: stay away from smoke and alcohol;3. do adequite aerobic excercise. Do you do that? Happy mylotting!

Hmmm.. I like sleeping.. lol I don't like drinking.. I prefer my drinks sweet. have never tried smoking before though I'm tempted to. :) I don't really like exercising, it could be because I don't want to find the time to do it... I know it's good to exercise but I just can't bring myself to do it cause I think it's boring

These tips for me is to diffcult,my sleeping very bad,I also smoking everyday and drinking,I do excercise very litlle.
