Oftenly we hear the wolrd's richest person in the world so ans so. But who is the world's poorest of the poor. I think no measure for it. In india the best reason for it is Corruption. Gandhigi said " recall the face of poorest of poor while taking a decesion". But out people recalling richest of the rich". The corruption spred and spredding sielengly like HIV. How to combat this problem ? your comment please.
