Allergic to perfumes/ colognes?

Hi, yes I do have an allergy to of course any kind of gardenia. everytime I smell it or spray it accidentally which I have done many times, I do break out into smeezing and nose runny and hard time breathing. so I try to stay away from that certain perfume. and of course it was my moms favorite. so she only wore it when I was not around. but not sure why it makes me sneeze and get a runny nose. just can't be anywhere around it. bizmom24

My mother is as well, it makes her sneeze a lot plus gives her a headache. Imagine when my parents, me and my 3 brothers go out and we're all with colognes...it drives her nuts! hahahaha

Hello wondericequeen, I have no allergic to perfumes and in fact, I love perfumes very much. I am lucky that my husband loves perfumes too. Sometimes, both of us spray the perfume like there's no tomorrow and complain about 'excessive' smell. I have a colleague who doesn't like the perfumes and always complain when she smells one.

I know a guy with VERY strong BO who just can't stand any perfumes.
