I just was, too bad that feeling didn't last for a long time! I got the most responses on a discussion and I wish that I get that many again... Some of us get more responses than everyone, because they are experienced users on Mylott and know what to write.. I was surprised to see that one discussion started by a MYotter got 550+ responses! I guess he/she was sure that he would get that many, I was sure I would get most responses on the recent one, turns out I was correcT!
have you ever been sure that you would get a lot of responses on your discussions???

You can never be sure sometimes. I get responses on some of the discussions that I thought wouldn't have fetched many responses and the others that I thought would be flooded with responses are just left high and dry. I think there are a few topics that appeal to people and they generally answer it if they can relate to it or has anything to say about it. Responses also increase by having a huge list of friends. You are on my list and I saw the friends' started list and voila here I am. And here I go, cya lol.

Oh, it's nikky28!
I haven't seen you for a while!
I guess you are right, responses are unexpected, they might come and might not, but we should at least have the faith they will...
Happy-Mylotting, I'm about to reach 300, I'll be at 500 in no time at all

For me, I think you can never really know. But I figured that topics of current issues are answered more than others, especially if it involves celebrities in scandals, like the one about Rihanna and Chris Brown. Trivial questions are a hit and miss sometimes. If say, you ask something in the questions and answers section, and your question have been asked too many times before, chances are, people will not want to respond to your discussion. I have been in mylot for less than a year but I often find questions and discussions repeated on certain topics.

I am never sure that my discussions even get a response and it is a welcome surprise when someone responds to my discussions. I prefer to respond rather than start discussions because of my inability to get responses. Cheers!!

That how many response you would get depends firstly on the topic and secondly the at the time on liners.
Personally sometime I am quite sure that this topic would generate more response but sometime it goes otherwise. Finally I should say that I am not hundred percent sure about the onrush of responses.
