Is adding RockBox Good for an iPod 5g?

Guys i heard about a firmware called rockbox which can be added to our iPod which actually gives a new user friendly interface . It also has different themes and games along with some applications so i just wanted to ask if it is good for the ipod i.e does it cause any problems or any other things to the iPod u can get the link for rockbox easily just google it....please Help

I put it on my nano 1st and I couldn't put my ipod down for a good month(I found out how to put pokemon on it LOL) so yea if you are looking for something to make you want to pick up your iPod it is worth just make sure you scan the file before installing it cuz my friend claims it gave his CPU a virus but it didn't give me one so just be carefull
