Is Cashfiesta a scam?

I new there but searching on the internet I found a lot of negative opinions about this site,is there someone who is also registred there,did you have problems with them concerning the payout or the points?

They are cheating the members.If your earning goes beyond certain limit, they will send you a email stating that you have followed some fraudulent methods to gain the points and earnings.They will reset all or your earnings to zero.They will not delete your account.Then you have to start from the beginning.I had a bitter experience with then and I lost about $ 225.00, two months back.Please stay away from them and stop running the cashfiesta bar in your computer.
