Why reviewstream.com is not available with my BSNL ISP?

I have two internet connection one BSNL Broadband and the other one Reliance broadband. What i noticed is whenever i try to access the website reviewstream.com with my BSNL ISP it shows the 'Apache2 Test page'. But at the same time when i try to access with my Reliance Broadband, it shows the actual reviewstream.com website. Can anybody tell the reason behind this? Thanks in advance

I don't see any reason for this strange case. Anyway why worry if you are still able to visit the RS from other connection.

Sorry i dont have any idea, but i doubt with reviewstream, my review was rejected by them, and the reason is they do not interesting. I will try post review next time. Hope you will get the answer soon
