I believe so because Celso was Mayor of a Philippine city and the CEO of an Investment bank at the same time. Also Celso bribed all the Filipino Politicians in the process while doing a Ponzi Scheme. Celso Makes Bernie Madoff look like an amateur Ponzi Scheme artist. While Bernie Madoff was ripping off US and Europe with other wall street CEO's. Celso was Ripping off Filipino Taxpayers and Filipino immigrants living in the USA , China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. Once this guy becomes President he will destroy not only the Philippines economy he will destroy all of East Asia's Economy and the USA economy in the Trillions of Dollars. Also USA's Relationship with East Asia will be destroyed with this Crook in office.

I agree with mensab.. Delos Angeles will not run for President nor will he try his luck at any government position. After the mess he made with the people's funds it'll even take a miracle for him not to go to jail. If ever there are unforeseen forces that would allow him to run, then I wouldn't as hell vote for him. I'll even throw tomatoes at him and spit at his face when I see him in person.

Then What about Celso's Family or henchmen he will rig, bribe and Ponzi scheme the Philippine Elections just so he can be president of the Philippines. Celso will make Arroyo and Marcos look like amateur presidents and make Bernie Madoff look like a small time crook.

Well, I don't think he has any chance to even be allowed to run. I don't know what the Philippine Constitution states on this matter, or what our laws are, but I think he's not eligible to run since he has a pending case. I hope COMELEC won't allow him since he's far from eligible and capable to run any position in our government.

i don't think so that he will run for the presidency. in any case, he has no chance of winning. he was nobody before this financial scandal. he may be a mayor, but he was hardly a figure in the political and financial scenes. and now he is finished. his political career is done because of this scandal. im not sure how he will be able to survive this scandal.
