The presence of caffeine in coffee is one of the reasons why a lot of people avoid coffe. In recent studies however, coffee is said to be rich in anti-oxidants which could help our cells fight free radicals and will makes us look younger. Should we encourage people to drink more coffee ? Is this just a reason to increase coffee consumption. Give me your suggestions

I drink coffee because I like it and well researchers change their mind about food often. Unless I end up with heart problems I do not see a reason to cut my caffeine intake or to raise either.

I think there are many good reasons that's why they make a survey on it. I don't think it will makes you look young but more alert when doing paper work.

Coffee is a natural gift from God and I don't know why people should avoid it. Years ago they said it was bad for your heart and now they say it's good. They do that with nearly everything, you never know what to do! I just do as I please and the heck with the consequences unless I know for certain that it would be bad for me.

If that is a true fact, I definitely gonna drink more coffee than usual. I consume coffee for the reason that I have to stay up longer hours. It helps me to work longer, and get more energy. Some kind of booster helper.
