I'm not in jail

I just wanted to expose the truth, and I was able to present some information and explain some flaws that made me the victim of corruption associated with this matter that I've been writing about. This was another nearly 45 minute hearing and it started at noon... I was the last person to speak to the judge, not that what I said or the paperwork that I provided changed anything. One positive thing did happen, I reported the abuse and threats and I can resume visitations with my Grandmother. After the hearing out in the hallway Rosie laid down the three rules that I will have to follow: 1.) I can not mention anything about court. 2.) I can not ask my Grandmother out, for any reason. 3.) I am not allowed to abuse Rosie in any way??? (She threatens me and tells me that I'm not allowed to abuse her??? *I'm shaking my head in disbelief*) I have more to share, but this will give the most important aspects at this moment...

Hi Gary! That is still great news! Now you can visit your grandmother. Just be strong and patient my friend. There might still be a lot of hurdles but I believe that all the lies will surely come out in the open. Rosie may be a great liar but soon she will be trapped in her own lies and deceitful, evil ways. Many of your friends here may not be there to support you physically but we are all praying for you. Just be careful in everything you do. Your enemies are like sheep in wolves clothing so be always prepared. Take care and blessings to you! lovelots..faith

I'm thinking that because the police requested me to provide proof that I had a right to visit my grandmother that I should first buy that transcript so that I have the words of the judge available for me to present as proof in case Rosie tries to do something stupid.

It is part of our judicial system, you have to purchase these documents if you wish to have a copy of them they will make one up for you on your demand. When I went to county court I payd $2.00 per page and was told that if a government agency such as the District Attorney's office would have requested the transcript then it would have only cost me $1.00 per page. So yes, it is just another way to make the poor suffer and I am concerned that if Rosie calls the police again and I don't have that documentation with me that they could take me away as a trespasser. The police and the judge do not communicate so the police officer would have no way of knowing if I have a right to visit my Grandmother if I do not have the written proof authorized by the judge. I'm not taking any chances...

Hi Gary! Alright, the transcript is important for you to have but why do one have to pay for that transcript? I am sorry but I really don't know about the legalities in your area. lovelots..faith

Just make sure you watch Rosie like a hawk! And make sure she knows it. I'm shaking my head in disbelief that a stepmother can over-rule a blood relative. Have you thought about exposing this story to a wider audience? Like a newspaper, for example? A good journalist could split this senior abuse case wide open.(People following the Julie Myerson story will know how effective a bit of adverse publicity can be)

I keep trying there is a media black out on me, I would love to go into details, but they say that I'm not oh' how would you put it? Hmmmm? I am what I am... It certainly could be about money and other things... I need a good proof reader and editor... I'd love to elaborate...

I contacted the BBC and they were not willing to discuss my story because there is pending litigation. But if they are letting down their hair a little like you say and this is a different sort of story from my story even though it was in litigation and could be having further litigation to be applied, I'm thinking that maybe this would be a good or better, great idea. I'm going to look into that. To think that the Americans ran from the UK to seek freedom from oppression and here I am getting advice to turn back to the UK to get freedom from oppression... What a twisted turn of events... I thought we had freedom of the press over here, and yes they might be opening up their market over there over here, but it is a dicey deal at best because the internet seems to be the best avenue for free written expression. My focus was totally caught by the number of electronic subscribers I could attract independently. This also allows me to hone my journalism skills.

Not that I'm trying to affect the course of injustice or anything, but ... There's a print magazine in the UK called Chat. They ask for stories about life experiences - and just lately I've noticed an awful lot of them originate from the US and Canada. Agreed, most of these stories are based around things like murder or people overcoming terrible disabilities etc but the fact they are accepting submissions from your neck of the woods indicates to me a) that it might be worth offering them your story and b) they must be a bit short of news to Chat about, so might well be interested in a tale about elderly abuse in America - especially if the villain is a villainess (it's the top-selling womens' weekly over here) You don't need to be a good author or anything - they do all that, you just supply a precis of the facts. Because it's a mag in the UK, it's immune from most of the laws governing journalism that the US newspapers have to follow - they always offer a chance for the other side to put their case. If they don't want to reply, it's up to them. The US angle they've recently started applying makes me wonder if it's sold over there as well. And, therefore, if Rosie might not end up seeing herself in it?! Sorry, I'm putting myself in your position here. It's what I would do - that and put a curse on the b***h.

I had the right to visit, but I wanted the Judge to be very clear on my concerns, as I explained I didn't want to request protection from abuse after I was already hurt when in fact I was already threatened. Not only that I was trying to follow proper procedure and why am I the only person to have to follow these procedures? I'll explain that later, the judge did consider his impropriety in this matter and that was also a good discussion. The thing is he was not inclined to reverse his decision in light of other wrong doings. And my Grandmother is now forced to pay for her care by her daughter in law... Care that I would not charge for, they say they are all interested in what is best for my grandmother. I suspect the truth to be different than what was said by them in court. I'll write more about it later...

I would go and tell the judge about what Rosie did as well as the police. Then they will authorize you or someone to make a recording of a conversation and you might have to wear a wire. That Rosie is blackmailing you and you have to show evidence. You should be allowed to see your grandmother. I wish you luck.

Thanks Suspenseful, I think that what I have more to write about delves into what exactly you are suggesting, already done that and it is not working to my advantage. I'm very frustrated and I'll fill in the missing blanks a little later... I need a little rest...

Waiting to hear what happens. I would hate to see something happen to your grandmother because you are not able to be there to protect her.

Thank you for the update. It is nice you are not in jail. I don't know all the details but it sounds like things are working out. If Rosie is in the habit of making verbal threats, I would start carrying a portable tape recorder with me, if I was you. Then the taped conversation might come in handy later. You need to protect yourself. Make a record of any witnesses that may have heard the threat also.

Good thoughts, but very dicey in application, most stealth recordings are not admissible unless authorized or requested by a judge.

Hi Gary, That is the best news I've had just to hear that you didn't go to jail that would have been injustice, I am so pleased, but what a cheek of Rosie, she is not even blood related to your Grandmother, the best thing is not to speak to her at all. Tamara

She has the upper hand, and she is enjoying her victory... The truth is not all told, and it is the same story of old, greed and corruption to the nth degree...

Well, at least you can visit her now. But what a corrupted system. If the courts haven't "laid down the rules" that Rosie did, just ignore them. I would tell her about court, so she knows what Rosie has been doing as long as the courts haven't ordered it, there is nothing to stop you from exposing the truth to her. I HATE LIES AND DECEPTIONS!

The worst part is that I need proof or to have what the court said in writing. I need that transcript.

You misread that, rule #3 Rosie would abuse my Grandmother and if I tell my Grandmother the truth then Rosie would accuse me of abusing her (Rosie.) See I'm not to be abusing Rosie while Rosie is emotionally tearing me up inside out and she thinks she is allowed to do this why? I have something to write yet.
