I am eating taho now. It's very delicious and nutritious. I learned to eat taho when I was pregnant. My doctor told me to eat something nutritious and she suggested taho. I didn't eat taho before for reason which I don't know. But when I started eating them, I haven't stopped since then.I just don't know if taho is also available in other countries. Believe me, taho is very delicious. Do you also love to eat taho ?

Kindly ask your friends in China about the taho there. This is not a Filipino concoction. It is sold all over China.

I definitely do, dorisday. I really enjoy drinking/eating taho, especially every morning. It's rich, hot texture is simply soothing to my throat, as it smoothly travels to my tummy.
Oddly enough, I actually love my taho without sago and arnibal (syrup). I just like it deliciously plain and simple.Stay positive and Happy myLotting!

Hey, I couldn't appreciate the taste of taho without the sago and syrup. I love the blend of sweetness of the syrup and and the bland taste of the taho and sago. . . But you are definitely eating the nutritious taho. Have a nice day.

I used to enjoy taho that way, but perhaps because I had too much of Quickly's taro ice with the whole shebang, I no longer enjoy sago and arnibal as much.
Thanks for the best response, by the way. I truly appreciate it.

Oh this is similar to a tofu but this is softer. It's actually a soya bean curd with syrup and sago. it's only available in the Philippines and it's very popular here. You will have a taste of it if you will come to the Philippines my friend.

Hello!
I also eat taho. Before, I eat it every morning. Now, my son eats it everyday.
I guess it is really nutritious to think you doctor suggested it.
And it is really delicious.
Now you can buy taho in the malls and any time of the day
take care

Oh yeah, many business minded people brought the idea of bringing the taho and other street foods to the malls and it's good. We can buy them there if we can't have it in the streets.

Taho is I think available only in the Philippines. If ever there is a similar food in your country using the same ingredients with what we use here, I believe it is named differently. But anyway, one thing is for sure, it is very delicious.
Have a nice day.

I heard that it taste good but I haven't really tried eating that stuff. One of friends like to eat that kind of food. She even brought me some but I an not really that adventurous when it comes to food so I never tasted it. Certain types of food do not sit well in my tummy so I am very careful when it comes to choosing the kind of food that I eat.

I guess you had that tall glass for your taho, am I right? The small glass is sometimes not enough and so I usually buy two. I love it.

Taho is supposed to be nutritious and I used to eat it from time to time However, one television show exposed a factory that manufacture this and it turns my stomach out. The show started with a dilapidated building, moving to unwashed utensils, shirtless workers who don't mind their sweats and spits, roaches, cats etc... Since then, I always have a second thought before buying one and now that I read from this discussion that borax is added in the product, I will stop eating taho at all.

It is unfortunate that there are people who do that for a living. They spoil the image of all taho makers and it's quite unfair for those who do make clean taho. Those who do that deserves to be punished.

My tita knows how to make taho, when there is an occassion, she makes one. Because she knows I love them.

yes taho is very delicious. even when i was a child i would buy it every day. i would wait for the taho seller to come or pass in front of my house. and when i hear his shout i would just rush out in front of my gate. now i am matured person, i don't see that vendor any more. but a year before he was still selling that taho. like it was his way of living and was able to raised his children through his earnings in his taho selling. but now i rarely buy cause i have heard that is not any more clean as i thought it was. so i would rather buy soya products in malls. but i hope those sold in malls are really clean. but i admit the one i get to buy from the vendor on the street taste much better and much cheaper.

Sometimes we don't know if the food that we are buying or the vendor selling is clean. it is best to buy from somebody whom you know to be clean to avoid any intestinal problems.
have a nice day.

o yes, since i was a kid...my mom would buy me a cup of hot taho in the morning. so i grew up eating it everyday, but sad to say that lately...i haven't been able to have a cup of taho in the morning cause i wake up at around 9 or 10 in the morning and taho vendors are hard to find at those times of the day.

I haven't tasted fried taho and it's my first time to hear it too. Is it the same as fried tufo? I know that tufo is very delicious too.
