Not only to 'absorb' them but also because they add new bits and don't tell us.
It's difficult to get it across that this is not a 'complaints department'
I have almost given up the battle as some never seem to learn.
Happy Lotting Feather!

Those who follow them will not have problems.
If more users avoided the 'complaints' discussions then maybe they would disappear altogether - wishful thinking!

It is important to read the guidelines. They are very clear of what to do and not to do. By sticking to the guidelines will prevent discussions getting deleted and with that prevent our earnings to go down.
A common mistake is new members don't read them carefully. I know, because I didn't read them. One discussion of mine got deleted. Then I read the guidelines and found out where I went wrong. How silly was I?
Oh well, I did learn from my own mistake and I urge others if they have not read them, do it now. It will help you so much as they have helped me too.

I read the guidelines when I first became a member and I do remember them. If there is something I am not sure about or am not sure if it is allowed or not, that is when I will go back to the guidelines, and have a skim through and just remember some rules that I may have forgotten.
