I know to some of you this might seem "off the wall"..but does anyone believe in UFOS? Have you ever considered that they might be fallen angels or demons who are here to try to convince us that there is no GOD or perhaps try to explain away the "rapture" when it happens? There are lots of videos on You Tube about it..but just wanted to here your opinions..

A friend and myself are convinced we saw a UFO one night while we were sitting in a car. We were waiting for another friend to get off work, talking and basically staring out of the front windshield. One of us noticed a small white circular light in the sky that appeared be off in the distance. We watched it for (I'm guessing) 20 minutes or so, before it finally got over-head. (We kept saying to eachother whats taking it so long) When it got above us, it took off like a rocket and dissapeared. This was not a plane, it was a complete white circle of light like nothing we'd ever seen before.

OMG, I would be freaked out! More and more sightings are being reported. Some Govt. files have been opened, former astronauts and others are finally coming foward. You can find all kinds of stuff on youtube. Im not talking about the fake ufo videos people make, Im talking about the UFO subject in general.
How long ago was this, and where? They have a UFO network online where you can go and report sightings. Its called the MUFON I believe??

To Mylot,I can't say that I beleive in UFOS, and I have not seen the videos on You Tube either. But I did learned recently in our continuing study of the book of Revelation, that the "fallen angels" are indeed demons. And these demons are out to do satan's evil works. And yes, they are out to convince us that there is no God. But there is evidence all around us that points to the fact that there is a God. Satan will use anything to lure us into his traps. One of those traps maybe the use of UFOS, if that's the case we best be careful.
I hope this will help you.

Yes, that is exactly what Im saying..its nice to see other people can see this as a possibility. Those who are not familiar with GODs word will not recognize this as something demonic but they will see this as something "amazing". But we will know that these signs and wonders are not from GOD but from Satan here to decieve the world.

I've never thought of UFOs being fallen angels. I can see Satan messing with people's minds by making them believe aliens from some planet from a distant galaxy snatching away a portion of the world's population to explain the rapture. I think there are many who want to believe in UFOs, so they can be easily duped. But there are others who will have studied the scriptures, whether they initially believe or not. These people will realize the rapture, which was implied in the Bible, is what happened, just like the wise men who studied Hebrew prophecy knew the signs in the sky at the birth of Christ.
Numbers 24:17 "What I see from them is not yet, What I behold will not be soon; A star rises from Jacob, A scepter comes forth from Israel...
Matthew 2:2..."Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him."

So... I haven't seen this argument before, but the two bits of theory seem to be:Demons pretend to be UFOs which will somehow persuade us not to believe in god.
Demons kidnap people so that when the rapture happens, those of us who are left behind will believe that it was actually aliens that took the good believers, rather than god.
Well... I can't see how the first one would work. I expect that most religious people would be just as likely to say "ooh aliens exist. That just shows how great god is creating life throughout the universe." as they are to say "ooh aliens exist. That means the whole god thing is a load of rubbish."As for the rapture thing (and I'm aware I may have missed the point here.) Isn't the whole point of the rapture that god takes up all the religious people and leaves the rest of us to regret the fact that we haven't been raptured? At that point, there's no way of getting into gods good books, so the demons wouldn't care one way or the other whether we believe in god/rapture/aliens/whatever.
As for the whole god/aliens issue... I believe there is life in other planets, but not that it is visiting us - I think that all UFOs have more earthly explanations. I also don't believe god exists... certainly not in the whole angels, demons, sins and smiting format.
