I am just wondering what do you usually have fro breakfast. I heard that breakfast is an energy giving meal and we should eat a lot to start our day but at times we often fail to do so. Are you a breakfast person or you ate more during lunch or dinner? What do you usually eat during breakfast? do you eat breakfast in fast food chains or you prefer to have it at home. thanks for sharing.

I eat alot of oatmeal and cereal, but I love a big breakfast too. No matter what I'm eating I usually have to share it with a puppy and a cat, so I have to make a big bowl of whatever, so I'll get a little something to eat too.

I can see that you are a very kind person for having to share whatever you eat with your pets or with any one. eating cereal in the morning can really be healthy. Thanks for sharing.

Hi kenchi! I'm not used of eating breakfast and also because I'm not hungry in the morning and I don't feel like to eat anything. I normally just have juice and coffee as a breakfast and I know breakfast is one of the important meal of the day and I am trying my best to have small breakfast like, yogurt or cereal.

this morning my husband made me two eggs sunnyside up, and some really good toast, with a cup of coffee. YUMMY! I think he added some spices and pepper to the eggs. YUMMY! He's the best cook in the whole world, and brings me breakfast in bed every morning. I'm married to the best guy in the world.

How sweet your husband to prepare you something for breakfast. It is nice to know that you got someone who can cook well for you and the family. That is nice to hear that your husband is the best guy for you. I think that is how one should appreciate her husband who is really nice. Thanks a lot of the post my friend and have a great weekend with your husband.

hello my friend, breakfast here is different from what I used to. I have been having a hard time to adjust but I made it in a year of adjusting hahaha... I eat toast and hot choco in the morning. I cook rice at noon if I want to eat rice but very seldom. sometimes I combined my breakfast and lunch together.

I hardly ever eat breakfast. I really don't like too many breakfast foods. So I just don't eat it unless I am in the mood for eggs or cereal, but that don't happen that often. I usually eat the most at supper time. Which is probably a bad thing because then I don't have all day to work it off. After supper is usually when I get lazy and don't do much. So everything I eat just sits there. I should start eating breakfast, but then I feel like I am hungry more often.

I usually was not a morning person so breakfast was out. But, now I have been trying to make stuff for the kids to take on the way to the bus stop to eat. That way they get some thing the the stuff the school gives them. I usually make something for me too now. You can take a yogurt cup and not only have yogurt, but jello (thanks cuz) and fruit cups. Get a cantaloupe, some grapes, honeydew melon put in a yogurt cup add juice or jello. fridge or freeze. If freeze; add a lid with a hold and pop-sickle stick. They can pull it out eat on the way to the bus and the lid stop the dripping. I put them in the freezer in a little zip lock bag for them to put the stuff in their backpack and bring home later. Cup, lid and stick. They love them. The also like frozen jello with fruit.

I am from Southindia. I like Southindian dishes such as idili, dosa, masala dosa, ghee roast, etc very much. I like to eat breakfast at home itself. I eat more in the morning rather than in the afternoon and night. I think homely foods are more tastier and good for health rather than the food from the hotels.

Down here in the south they're really big on breakfast and a lot of the guys I worked with used to eat a full meal before coming to work. I would usually have coffee for breakfast and eat a decent lunch. I usually don't eat a big dinner. Now that I'm not working anymore I often eat something for breakfast...either eggs or cereal.

I just got back to eating breakfast. It depends on my mood and what I bought while grocery shopping. I have eaten granola cereal mixed with plain yogurt or toasted a bagel with cream cheese. If I am up to it, I wills scramble eggs and bacon and have some fruit with it like a banana. I used to not eat until almost lunchtime but my appetite has changed to the point where I have to eat in the morning or I won't have any energy to get things done.
