Its a new PTC site that pays you $0.03 per click. I just registered today and still figuring this site out. Cashout is $1 but its still at prelaunch state so the cashout option is not available. hiii dear friend..I am the member of paybuxpal..It is in prelaunch and now the cashout option is appearing in this site...Yeah the minimum cashout in paybuxpal is $1..I had requested my $1 in that site..I requested 2 days before and now it is pending..I have to wait for some days..happy mylotting my dear friend.have a nice day..

I looked at the name of the site and wonder if one of the payment processors that they are using is paypal because the name is looks like it is base on paypal.
