I have read an amazing thing recently... Many girls who are taking up yoga class or some other sort of weight loosing courses are refusing to give up any food for anything...And we shouldn't, kareena kapoor herself said herself that she only regulated her diets...Accordiing to her daily needs and her zero size as we all know has been a great issue!!! So, would you ever like to give up things you love to eat for loosing wait!!!

It all depends on the regime one is following and the intensity with which he or she wants to loose the weight. If you want quick results then you might have to forget a few things you really like. When I underwent my own weight loss program some 3 to 4 years back I didn't gave up anything fully (it helps when you yourself are deciding your diet and exercises etc., ) but put in a lot of efforts on physical activities specially running and jogging and I can say I did well.

If loosing weight is your priority and you want to have a good body more then anything else then dropping a thing or two from your diet won't be something you will feel like compromising.

nope. I would, if needed minimize the intake but would not give up unless I am told that this is harmful to my health or if at all I am suffering from any particular disease. Besides you do mnot need to give up to weigh lose yourself. You know that?

Giving somegthing up just tends to make you want it more. Eventually the weight all comes back. I thing that exercise, or movement is more of a key to healthy weight management.

NOT AT ALL~ and won't, in this area of issues about slimming program it is the quantity that concerned. I mean, the reciprocal reaction between calorie intake and the body metabolic rate. It must works proportionally to each other in gaining effective slimming program. Not totally on the food type, but the calorie value or figure produce by one type of food. AN EXAMPLE (My Photo added) ~ 2 pieces of high protein bread do produce 128kcal of energy, meaning that 128 kilo calories also needed to be used by our body system. Found below than that it will turns into fat. That is why we need to do physical exercise in what ever means to burn the residual fat. The value of calorie does matter in this case. THE EXISTENCE OF SLIMMING PILL ~ That is why there are many types of slimming pills in the open market, to boost up our metabolic rate especially during our sleeping time(idle metabolism state). To help burn the fat and anything related to it to be absorbed by our body system. It tried hard to achieve the equilibrium state for our metabolism. No Trans Fat Type of Bread

I don't believe in giving up food to lose weight. It just leads to frustration in the end. Instead I try to eat a healthy balanced diet and watch my portion sizes. But, if I'm wanting a piece of cake I'll have it - and still lose weight. So far since the first of the year I've lost 29 lbs, so I must be doing something right.

If I was really overweight then sugar, biscuits, sweets, would have to go.Some people need to lose weight so they can have an operation or some other kind of treatment.Size zero you are talking a bag of bones not very healthy at all.I find it is exercise that gets any unwanted weight off, walking is supposed to be the best thing,to shed those extra pounds, starving yourself never worked properly as as soon as you start eating properly the pounds pile on ,not to mention the possible breakdown of your organs like kidneys, liver heart ect.
