Work From Home

Recently, as part of the cost cutting measures, many companies are asking their employees to opt for Work From Home option. This way the company can reduce the expenses spent on the infrastructure and other office expenses. Friends, do you really think that empoyees work in the same way and produce same productive results even if they work from the comfort of their homes? Don't you think that there will be a dent in their sincerity and productiveness towards work? Thanks.

Well, maybe for some people it would be easier and they can be more productive if they're working from home. Female workers for example, doesn't have to be worried all day long in the office because they can take care of their family at home. They have better working environment as home is the best place for people to feel safe and it can raise productivity too.
