what business will you start for USD 10000?

hi guys...
my friend has just got USD 10000 from casino, and ask me what business can he build with that money...
i suggest to build internet cafe, because i see the booming business is internet cafe for now in my country, Indonesia.
if you got USD 10000, what business will you do in your country?

In the United States internet cafe's arent doing so well these days. I think perhaps it is because there are open wi-fi signals all over our cities. I think that a good business investment right now would be in concierge services.
