when i'm bothered with a problem, especially the big ones, i usually go to the beach..i go there alone..i just want to feel the sea breeze and smell the fresh air..i want to look at the skies wholly..i love looking at the horizon that seems to be no end..

Well. I go to the temples or pray from my home. To the beach, we go with our family to enjoy and return home before it goes dark. Just looking at the tides, is a good stress reliever for me.
