hot flashes

anyone here have them and if you do what do you do or use to get rid of them?

I had hot flashes when I was pregnant. There wasnt really anything that i could do about them but try to wear cooler clothes. Are u pregnant or going through menopause?

I have had a hysterectmy ... and quit my hormones and not really having alot of mood swings but the hot flashes are killers

start off taking 1 soy pill a day,it's natural and just warn everybody because the crabbiness will set in too-lol.
