My fiancee and I seriously should be in ads for Fiber One. We eat a Fiber One product in at least two out of our three meals each day. We both follow Weight Watchers, so fiber is an important part of our day and the nutritional information when we're figuring out what we want to eat. My favorites are the fiber one bars and poptarts. They also just started making their own shredded wheat cereal, it's delicious! Are there any others out there that LOVE fiber one and have it in some form every day? What is your favorite Fiber One product?

I like the granola bars. They are really good. I have had the pop tart things before and they were not bad, but not really my favorite either. I have never tried the cereal, but I know my mom has and she liked it. I got the Fiber One yogurt at my son's request once. He liked it.

Which flavor of granola bars are your favorite? My ultimate favorite is just the regular chocolate and a close runner up is the new strawberry, YUM! :-)

I like the peanut butter ones the best probably. I did try the strawberry ones. Those are good too. Have you tried the apple cinnamon ones yet?

The apple cinnamon is my least favorite flavor of Fiber One bar. They have a new Mocha flavor that tastes like coffee - it's delicious!!

Its sad that modern food has forced us to eat supplementary fiber. A simple rule is to avoid all white products, any stuff that says refined or polished should be avoided. Boiled rice has so much more fiber than regular rice ( all of which are polished). Raw fruits are much better than fruit juice because most of the fiber is in the skin. Apple skin is a treasure house of fiber, barley too is loaded with it. Making oats a part of your breakfast routine should be another must for fiber lovers. Sometimes it is best to go back to less sophisticated way of living. Most products charge you for removing fiber from their products & there are these companies that make money by selling you fiber which can be made easily from unused food products like bran, husk & peels. If these fiber supplements are really helping you out, pls do continue without any guilt. I was only suggesting that may be you can look at alternative sources of fiber which are free & fresher too.

I can't really say that I'm JUST eating these products for the fiber. Because of the way Weight Watchers is set up, their points system is figured out by using the calories, fat, and fiber on a nutritional label. The more grams of fiber a product has the less amount of points that item is. The only thing is that it only counts up to 4 grams of fiber - so if something is LOADED in fiber, it really makes no difference. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm not just eating Fiber One products to eat tons of fiber. I eat them because they're healthy AND they taste good.

I've never tried any product from fiber one, but I thought I'd respond to say that I did not know weight watchers thinks of fiber so highly. I try to eat things with fiber, but I don't always. My fiance and I are on our own cheaper diet to help us lose weight.
