Is it possible to make the Internet a safe place for everyone?

world wide web is a huge place for our generation which we use everyday. internet is used metaphorically according to real lifes situation. every internet scam, hustiling and abuses works same as real lifes prospect. is it possible to make internet a safer place for everyone when real life is not possible make a safer place?

No.There always are some defects on internet.We cannot solve these ones completely.
