Has anyone done weed? And why is it bad for you.

My friends are encouraging me to try it and i'm not sure why or why not. I wouldn't mind to experience something different, but i'm an athlete and i don't want to turn into a druggie. help

don't believe the hype of the media it isnt bad for you.weed is certainly not addictive..you should only try it if you know you can be responsible with it...but if you arent sure you should leave it alone.
