how to learn english well!

i have learned english for 5 years,but still i can't learn it well,my hearing is very poor,i can't talk with people fluently,and my writting is abominabble too!who can help me,i am looking forwad to your kind help.i hope you can share your experience with me.

I use to learn my English online.. if i don't understand or reading i use this to help me to read .

I don't think so 5 year is enough. I'm from Singapore ,Singapore mother language is English . but yet my English still very poor ..
some kids they born to speck very good English . cause her mum speck English to her when she born.
if I'm not wrong you are from china or Taiwan?
if you start to learn your gamma and past tent ,present tent i guess you should improve by than.
