Internal Job Posting is now available in our company and they told me that I will be the next person that will be promoted. I already submitted my application and interview will be on Monday. I know that I did a great job in the company and I been given other tasks as well and my manager said that I am the best out of all the employees. They needed two people for the position and I know that my managers and my supervisors highly recommended me for the position.
What about you?

I have actually. After a month, from being a simple employee, I was promoted to be a team leader of the group. Not that high salary raise though but it helps. I'm just feeling a bit awkward 'cause I'm 21 and I'm handling employees older than me and they call me ma'am. I tend to get a bit shy but I'm doing everything to show confidence and be a good leader for them. God help me on my job, lol

Hey marquis I am working in a govt organisation and you are aware that almost all orgn are having their own time bound promotion policy. In our organisation promotion is being done on vacancy based. If there is vacancy in the higher post then persons who are working in the lower category of that particular discipline will be promoted to the higher post subject to fulfilling all eligibility criteria and also passing of interview. In my discipline during my last 20 yrs service career I got four promotions and elevated to the higher capacity/supervisory position.
