which one do you prefer?????????

My kids and I stood on the midnight opening night lines for all but the first Harry Potter movie, and will most likely do so for the final ones. We enjoyed the movies tremendously, because it was a time that we could spend together, focusing on a shared interest. My "kids" are 23 and 19. :-) However, we all agree that the books are better than the movies. After seeing the movies, discussion would center on what we liked, and disliked, about them. Every movie left things out that we missed, and provided certain disappointments, but they all had great points as well and over all we enjoyed them. The books are better, though. I mean, what's Hogwarts without Peeves?!

The books are ofcourse better than the movies as they provide a greater scope for imagination (expect in some cases like the 'Lord of the Rings"). in case of harry Potter also the books are better. But the movies are made in a good manner. It could have been better if they had made each book into 2 or 3 movies without missing any plots and subplots.

its true,one can enjoy a movei made from a popular book if one has read the book also.some times the film makers change the scenes to suit their fancy or to make it commercial success,.harry potter is okay in book form and movie form.its interesting to watch people flying cars, flying humans, shape changing birds animals.only thing in all stories i find funny is human thinking process can not would get of this love triangles.even in make belive worlds of magic,or for that matter sroties of science fiction they keep insurting love angle between robots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.love between machines?then why have them?call them mechines silly.

for me the best are the first and the third!!!
