bipolar in children

I have a 6 year old that is bipolar anyone else out here that has a child like this and what meds have you tried

my 16 year old is bipolar. he also has adhd and epilepsy. the bipolar did not come out until they weaned him of the meds for the epilepsy. there were signs but not real strong. after he was off the meds it really came out. he is on depakote for these and it does work really well.
